Our journey together begins with an Introductory Consultation, which is an opportunity to meet, chat, review your health history, and determine whether or not we’re a good match. If we’re not, chances are good I’ll refer you to another trusted practitioner in my network. If we are a good fit, I’ll invite you to come spend a few months with me in a nutrition counseling program, an adventure in which we’ll explore how much healthier and joyful you can get!

Mainstream culture doesn’t make it easy to be healthy. Information overload, mixed messages, tricky food labels, sedentary lifestyles, and more have the cards are stacked against us. But I can help you wade through the confusion and overwhelm and emerge with clarity about what serves your body, your life, and your vision of health.

I believe being healthy is an art, and I love helping people discover exactly what their unique makeup needs to thrive.

Wellness with Claudine Arndt’s office location is in the The Metamorphosis Center in Savage, MN just fifteen minutes south of Minneapolis off of highway 169 and highway 13.
