Meet Claudine Arndt

I know that creating lifelong health is an adventurous process full of ups and downs and life-altering discoveries. I’ve traveled the long road to health myself, and I understand what you may be going through.

Claudine Arndt’s Approach

Everyone has her own nutritional needs for vibrant health. One person’s ideal foods can be another person’s poison, which is why a generalized approach to nutrition – a one-size-fits-all mentality – simply doesn’t work. People are unique.Thank goodness!

At Wellness with Claudine Arndt, I practice an individualized and holistic approach to nutrition, which means that in addition to the food you put in your mouth, I also look at how various areas of your life are interconnected and impact your health. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we’ll explore how all parts of your life affect the whole.

Health coaching is an innovative approach to health care. It puts you back in the driver’s seat of your health, empowered with specific knowledge and skills that will help you give your body exactly what it needs for optimal health. Are you ready to dig a little deeper and finally achieve the level of health that you deserve?

Roaxanne Meshar of Access To Democracy interviewed Claudine Arndt twice. “If you’d like to get a feel for me, the work I do, and my personality, check out one of my videos. In the first one, we mainly discuss the ins and outs of health coaching. My second video is mainly about digestive health and the importance of a health human micro biome.”

My Journey

I spent the first 15 years of my life suffering from chronic ear infections, sinus infections, and digestive turmoil. Doctors apologetically but routinely told my parents that I simply had a weak immune system before writing out yet another prescription for antibiotics.

Then the antibiotics stopped working, forcing my family to explore alternative avenues to help me. I am so grateful that soon thereafter I had the good fortune of meeting a chiropractor who offered us a brilliant new perspective. She said there must be a reason why my immunity was weakened, that something in my life was stressing my body. It sounds obvious now, but nobody had ever helped us make that connection before. She made several personalized nutritional suggestions for me. Since I was tired of being sick and desperately wanted to feel better, I took her advice very seriously. I changed the food I was eating dramatically.

Today, I have the giddy pleasure of telling people that when I changed my food, I changed my life. It turns out I wasn’t born with a weak immune system; I was simply eating the wrong foods for my body. The same is true for millions of other people.

Wellness with Claudine, at the forefront of a new health care system

Claudine Arndt is proud to be a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, a cutting-edge leader in holistic  nutrition education since 1992. IIN is in partnership with the State University of New York Purchase College. Also the New York Education Department has licensed it.

At the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I studied under the world’s foremost natural health and nutrition experts like Deepak Chopra, Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. John Doulliard, Dr. Walter Willett, Dr. Mark Hyman, and Dr. Barry Sears. In fact, I decided to enroll at IIN after learning whom the faculty included. These integrative nutrition and wellness rockstars had authored books that I had spent years reading and researching for fun in my spare time! I found a nutrition program that made sense to me for the first time in my life. I knew I had found my path.

Wellness with Claudine, LLC was born in 2006. I am certified with the American Assocation of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

Today I love working with motivated individuals who are ready to take charge of their own health. Nothing tickles me more than witnessing my clients thrive and overcome health challenges that have often plauged them for years or decades.

At Wellness with Claudine Arndt, I hold firm to the belief that health care can be fun. Trust me, taking care of yourself feels good. Whole foods are enjoyable. Vitality is your birthright.

In my leisure time, you can find me tending to my garden of native plants, veggies, and herbs in the summer, or curled up with a stack of good books in the winter. I live in Savage, Minnesota with my hubby, Mike, who, truth be told, has been known to eat a healthier diet than I do.
